Medical history, general information, and consent for online direct billing forms are ready to fill out before appointments. This is to reduce the time used within initial assessments.
With an initial consult/ first appointment there will be an indepth health history, postural assessment, and a treatment directed by your goals. The health history can take 5-15 minutes.
It is recommended when booking a massage, to correct a problem, to book 2-3 appointments a week apart. This is to secure a spot for follow-ups, to be able build on the progress of each treatment, and to retrain postural habits.
Exercises can also be given, but only if you would like to have some, to help maintain the results of the treatment.
The clinic is located inside of Dee and Co's beauty spa. It is located between hearing clinic and dog groomer. There is usually a sign put in front of the door of the Dee and Co's for Seaside fascial realignment and massage.
The front door is usually locked when in treatment. This is for the safety of the person being treated when I am working alone is the space. Please arrive close to the appointment time to avoid prolonged waiting out front.
